The ILS Type DL Shear Tension Packer is an economical, compact tool for injection, pumping, medium range treating and production applications. This packer is set by 1/4 right-hand rotation of the tubing and then pulling tension. To release this tool the tubing is slacked off and the packer automatically rejays into the release position. This packer also has an adjustable straight pull, safety shear release and a right-hand rotation release allowing retrieval of the tubing string. The ILS Tension Packer is identical to the ILS Type DL Shear Tension Packer without a straight pull shear release and, unlike the DL Shear Tension Packer, it can be run in tension or compression Special Features:
