The ILS Brush Plunger has a flexible, oversized, brush spirally wound onto a solid mandrel filling the tubing
to create an excellent seal even when tubing irregularities are present. The flexibility of the brush allows the
plunger to travel without damage to the tubing, clearing both liquid and sand from the well bore.
Also available on the ILS Brush Plunger is a By-Pass valve that permits fluid to flow through during the return
trip to the bumper spring. The by-pass shuts when the plunger reaches the bottom. This feature optimizes plunger
travel time in high liquid wells.
ILS Brush Plunger’s are ideal for carrying small amounts of solids and not damaging internally coated tubing strings.
